Glen Esnard
Glen serves as Managing Partner for Esnard Advisors. He brings decades of leadership experience as well as talent management & recruitment for both public and private firms.
Glen has demonstrated proven performance in accelerating the success of his clients by applying real-world senior leadership experience along with academic discipline to ensure successful outcomes.
He has served as Partner and Senior Principal in two executive search firms specializing in real estate, financial services and professional services. Glen has held senior leadership roles as President of US Brokerage with Colliers International, President of Capital Markets at Grubb & Ellis/Newmark, and as Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets, at CBRE.
Glen earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University. He is also an instructor at Montana State University in Organization & Management.
